Platinum Jubilee Party in the Park

When: Friday 3rd June 2 pm – 11 pm

Where: Nether Stowey Recreation Ground

Bring your picnic blankets and sense of fun to get involved with local groups hosting various family focused activities alongside the Village Fete:

Thomas Poole Library Story Time: 2.30 pm, 3.30 pm, 4.30 pm
Cream Teas for the Senior Citizens at 3.30pm provided by St.Mary’s Church
Nether Stowey FC running activities on the MUGA
Nether Stowey Primary School Choir and Talent Show
Prize Bingo
Friends of Nether Stowey School running craft activities and crown making
Selfie with the Queen! OK the monarch herself is unable to visit but we have a cardboard cut out for you to pose with.
Adult Vs Children Tug of War and French Cricket

Food and drink available all day with a pizza van, BBQ, crepe van, snack and soft drinks stall including a CASH only bar.

Evening entertainment includes open mic sessions for local performers, disco and a laser show finale.

We look forward to celebrating the Queens’s 70th Jubilee and raising funds for the NEW Village Hall.
