Bring your picnic blankets and sense of fun to get involved with local groups hosting various family focused activities alongside the Village Fete:
- Thomas Poole Library Story Time: 2.30 pm, 3.30 pm, 4.30 pm
- Cream Teas for the Senior Citizens at 3.30pm provided by St.Mary’s Church
- Nether Stowey FC running activities on the MUGA
- Nether Stowey Primary School Choir and Talent Show
- Prize Bingo
- Friends of Nether Stowey School running craft activities and crown making
- Selfie with the Queen! OK the monarch herself is unable to visit but we have a cardboard cut out for you to pose with.
- Adult Vs Children Tug of War and French Cricket
Food and drink available all day with a pizza van, BBQ, crepe van, snack and soft drinks stall including a CASH only bar.
Evening entertainment includes open mic sessions for local performers, disco and a laser show finale.
We look forward to celebrating the Queens’s 70th Jubilee and raising funds for the NEW Village Hall.
