Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is given that an annual general meeting of the C.I.O will be held on Thursday, 7 June 2024, at
7:30 pm at The Portacabin, Recreation Ground, St. Mary Street, Nether Stowey, TA5 1JR for the following purposes:
Ordinary resolutions
To consider and, if thought fit, approve the following resolutions that will be proposed as ordinary resolutions:
- To receive and adopt the annual statement of accounts and Trustees’ annual report of the
C.I.O for the financial year ended 31 March 2023.

- To re-appoint Jo Davison, who is retiring by rotation in accordance with the C.I.O’s constitution
as an Elected Charity Trustee.

To consider the following:
- Update on the Stowey Centre project
- 2 A.O.B
